Please scroll down for more information on the history of the event and a bio of Dan Diaz

Dan Diaz was not only a part of the industry for over 30 years, but he has also had an impact on many individuals’ lives. When Dan wanted to start this group, he decided on making it a unique club that would allow people to personally network with each other on a more regular basis. He created the “Doylestown Biotech Breakfast Club” which has since been renamed the “Dan Diaz Biotech Breakfast Club”. Before he got sick, he had one thing in mind and that was to create better health for the community and his passion for his work was unstoppable.

Dan was diagnosed with Bulbar ALS in early 2016. During this time, Dan fought a tough battle and passed away in April 2018. He went to a Breakfast Club meeting two weeks before he lost his battle, his passion for networking and work was shown through this along with many other events. If it wasn’t for the Philadelphia Chapter ALS Association his family wouldn’t have been given the resources to help them through such a tough time. In honor of Dan, we would like to give back to the ALS Association for families in our community along with the research that they fund. Please join us as we honor his life!

Wine Challenge: Bring your favorite bottle of wine and it will be combined with others to be raffled off.
